About Us!

  Nurse Nook was founded by Diana and Terrance. Diana is a Certified Nursing Assistant, a dedicated Wife, and a devoted Mother. Terrance is a dedicated Husband, Businessman, and devoted Father.

    Nurse Nook is a business started by a husband and wife!  Dedicated to providing comfortable, functional scrubs and handpicked accessories for fellow healthcare workers, as well as people of the community. 

    The main motivation we had for starting our own business was our children! The reason is that for the longest time, as a mother and father, we struggled living from paycheck to paycheck! Which most of us can relate to all too well. We were wondering when the next time we could buy what we wanted or needed for our children, so we started thinking that after 8 years of schooling, working full-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and being a full-time mom for Diana. For Terrance, it was going to work and being on call, working on cars on the side to pay bills, and being a full-time dad. Trying to find time to go on vacation felt impossible to us!!!!

    So we chose to make a difference, NOT only for myself but for our family as well! We chose to start Nurse Nook!!!!!!! Since Day 1, it has been constant work, dedication, and long nights working, but it will all be worth it in the end because we are aiming to show our children that as parents, when you put your mind to something, you can achieve it!

    Our long-term goal for opening Nurse Nook was to ultimately help our fellow healthcare workers as well as the people of the community by ensuring that no matter how much the economy changes, Nurse Nook will always try to keep our prices reasonably priced for the everyday consumers.
