What is the processing time for orders? The processing time for orders completly depends on the size of your order, if you have a larger order with more products it may take a little while longer to get it prepared and shipped to you. With smaller orders it's normally easier to get them to you quicker, but as with any item being shipped, we just ask that you be patient with us, thank you in advance.

How do I find my scrub size? Most scrubs, and other products have a size chart attached within the pictures, please reference the size chart to help with your size of your scrubs or outfit, bags/pouches, etc. Instructions for both men and women are listed below to help you do your measurements at home.

Men's Clothing Measurements:

Chest: Measured around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and around the shoulder blades.

Waist: Measured around the natural waistline (the narrowest part of the torso).

Inseam: Measured from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.

Sleeve Length: Measured from the shoulder point to the wrist.

Neck Size: Measured around the base of the neck. 

Women's Clothing Measurements:

Bust: Measured around the fullest part of the bust, under the arms and around the shoulder blades.

Waist: Measured around the natural waistline (the narrowest part of the torso).

Hips: Measured around the fullest part of the hips.

Inseam: Measured from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.

Shoulder Width: Measured from the shoulder point to the shoulder point. 

What is your return policy? 

  • We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 receiving your item to request a return.
  • Customer is responsible for providing return shipping of products being returned.
  • Beware: There is a 5% restocking fee that will be applied as well.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
